    Our business hours are:
    Monday –¬†Friday: 7:30AM – 6:00PM
    Saturday: 8:00AM – 4:00PM
    Sunday: CLOSED
  3. Where do you deliver?
    Benjamin Foods delivers quality products at outstanding prices throughout the continental United States.
  4. Is there a minimum dollar requirement for delivery?
    Minimum dollar requirements vary on a customer by customer basis, and proximity to our location. Please contact a Sales Representative for further information.
  5. Does Benjamin Foods special order products?
    Yes, you must be an established customer and pre-pay 1/3 of the order up-front. There are no returns permitted on special order items.
  6. Does Benjamin Foods back-order products?
    Products can be back-ordered through your salesperson dependent upon quantity of product and distance from our location. You must be an established customer. Please contact a Sales Representative for more information.
  7. Can I place my order online?
    Customers will soon have the capability of placing orders online.
  8. How do I obtain pricing information?
    To obtain pricing, please contact your sales representative Monday through Friday, 8:00AM – 5:00PM or Saturday, 8:00AM – 12:00PM.

  9. Do you offer online bill payment?
    Benjamin Foods will soon offer direct bill payment available through the web. Please contact your Sales Representative or the Accounting Department for further details.

    Lead time varies according to availability of product and distance. Please contact your Sales Representative for further details.
  11. How can I check on the status of an order?
    Benjamin Foods will soon offer order tracking through the web. In the interim, please contact your Sales Representative to check the status of an order.
  12. What is your policy on Credits/Returns?

  13. Are quantity discounts available?
    Quantity discounts are available. Please contact your Sales Representative.
