No current requirements exist to shop at Benjamin Foods Cash & Carry. We recommend that businesses and organizations sign up for a Customer Loyalty Rewards Card. Businesses will need either a business license or tax exempt certificate (if applicable).
- Do I need a Membership Card?
No membership card is required; however, great savings, specials and Customer Loyalty Rewards will be offered to our business partners.
- How do I shop at Benjamin Foods Cash & Carry?
The general public is welcome to browse and shop. If you would like to become a business partner, please visit our Customer Service desk and meet with one of our team members to get you started. Upon establishing your account, you will have access to shop at your convenience. As an added convenience, members will be able to call ahead and have their order pre-picked.
- Are there long lines?
We want to make your shopping experience as quick and enjoyable as possible. Our commitment is to value your time, and while we enjoy your company, our objective is to get you back to your establishment as quickly as possible.
- Do you have any specials?
We will be offering both Internet specials and many exciting in-store specials on a continual basis. Look for “As Advertised” signs posted near merchandise promoted in our specials flyer.
- How do I find a price for a particular item?
All of our items should be clearly marked with current pricing. If, for some reason, you are unable to find a price, one of our customer service team members will be glad to assist you to ascertain the product’s pricing.

There are no minimum requirements to shop at Benjamin Foods Cash & Carry.

We are closed in observance of the following holidays: New Years Day, Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.

We carry a wide assortment of foodservice products, including canned goods, meats, cheeses, frozen foods, bakery, spices, specialty ethnic foods, paper products, foodservice equipment and supplies, chemicals and janitorial items.

- What is your return policy?
Benjamin Foods accepts the return of merchandise at the customer service center only. Please click here for our Return Policy.

We accept company checks if your account has been established with our credit department, cash and all major credit/debit cards.
- What do I do if I lose my membership card?
Report a lost or stolen membership card promptly. You may obtain a replacement for a lost card by showing your business license or tax exempt certificate (if applicable) to our customer service department.
- Is there any other important information I should know?
Always inspect your purchases and your invoice before leaving the cash and carry. Benjamin Foods Cash and Carry cannot be responsible for items once they have been removed from the cash and carry. Dress appropriately – shirt and shoes required, no children under the age of 14 are permitted to enter the cash and carry without adult supervision.
